I don't know why I'm awake at 1:33 AM but here's a rant

So I just finished Domestic Girlfriend, the anime. Now, this was kind of a "harem" anime but it was definitely more serious-toned, which was nice to see, except the "harem" was just three women with 1 guy, and the women weren't really fighting over him or anything, since the guy knew what he wanted and went to get it, basically, who was his teacher at school. They eventually end up together yadda yadda school finds out, she moves away, he writes a novel and ends up with her sister.

So I wanted to talk about hoooow fucking duuuuumb this anime is. For one, the teacher, during the anime, has a boyfriend, and cheats on him with some other guy, meanwhile the guy is married so he's having an affair with her, if I understood the situation correctly from her point of view (the affair guy may have been the bf). Why anyone would want to get with someone who was okay with being the side chick, I have no idea. The student's attraction to the teacher was just TOO STRONK I guess and he really didn't seem to care.

Anyway, the whole anime is "decent" but it's still a train-wreck of women competing for this one guy, namely the teacher and her sister in the end, and in the end the sister gets him because of complications with the school. I'm too lazy right now to type out the whole plot but that's the gist of it. Plus this guy or "kid" seems really grown up, more than enough to actually be out of school, so it's a bit weird.

But hey at least there are no 12,000 year old little girls who are dragons in the anime or some shit. Just women with da anime tiddies all around. No flat chests here, no sir. Is it bad that's really the only thing I enjoyed about the anime was mostly the eye candy? I mean sure the plot was "intriguing" at best, but let's be honest...

Oh and of course:

Anyway, yeah. Anime is like 2/5 probably. Which is the rating I'll give it on Anime-Planet.

But also, I just wanted to say the end of the anime and finishing it off really just... disgusted me. This guy in the anime is an excellent novelist and he's wasting his time with women. I don't hate women one bit but until they can prove they're not idiots and/or sluts etc. to me, then why waste your time with them?

I mean jesus christ even a girl at my work who I'm friends with and say hi to and stuff (different departments now) just rides the cock carousel like no one's business, but you wouldn't know it from the look of her. Shit's scary, man. It's scary what's underneath those visages. But, the same can be said for men too. I should know, I was one of those "nice guys" who are manipulative bastards. And I've seen my sister run through "nice guy" after "nice guy" after they mistreat her.

Am I glad to not hear her crying over this shit like 3 times a fucking week? F yeah I am.

But my point being here is both men and women... no one knows what each other's personal lives are like until you get to know one another, and then you have to decide for yourself if that person is worth your time or not. There's no use outright hating a person if you don't know them personally, or at least at "acquaintance" level.

Anyway, that's it for this. I'll probably write something else tonight that's fucking stupid or something idk it's 2 AM and I'm not tired for some reason.
